ZIP Pros is a local services marketplace that connects homeowners with trusted local pros across 20 home service categories, including plumbing, house cleaning, electrical, handyman, heating and air conditioning (HVAC), lawn and landscaping, painting, roofing, flooring, pest control, appliance repair, garage doors, fencing, decks and patios, home remodeling, carpentry, concrete and masonry, windows and doors, tree service, and pressure washing.
We currently serve three markets: Long Island, New York (Nassau and Suffolk County), the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex in Texas, and Hampton Roads, Virginia. Homeowners can browse pro profiles, compare pros, read reviews, and send job requests for free — no account required until you send a request, and guest checkout is available.
For pros, joining ZIP Pros is free forever, with non-exclusive leads included. Exclusive territories are won at weekly 7-day auctions — one auction per trade + ZIP code, opening at $50/month with $5 minimum bid increments. The winner holds the territory for 12 months at the fixed winning monthly rate, then it goes back to public auction. Membership is separate from territory fees, and there is no guaranteed lead volume. There are no per-lead fees, ever.
Every job request for the winning trade in an auctioned ZIP goes only to the territory holder. Exclusive-lead standard: when a homeowner request is routed to your exclusive territory, you have 2 hours to respond — send a quote or a message to the homeowner.
